Online training accessible anywhere
Nebbio developed a complete Web application for CAA-Québec that puts its customer service training program online. Nebbio also designed the graphics for this training program, which is now accessible to all employees of CAA-recommended residential sector businesses. The training program content module consisting of several slides includes narration, text and images. Users can access the program with their contract number and a password from any computer, using a Web browser. The menu bar is designed to make browsing through the training program very user-friendly. Using the management module developed by Nebbio, CAA-Québec can manage (create and import) the businesses and employees having access to training and can also modify training documents and final exam questions.
